What We Will Do
All insurance companies now prefer to process all claims directly with their policyholders. This is designed to speed up the process and eliminate much of the confusion from conflicting information.

Therefore, the insurance company will take the initial report, set up a file and will assign a claims adjuster to your account. The claims adjuster will contact you to set up an appointment to view the damaged property and process the loss.

Our agency will work consistently with the insurance company and adjuster to resolve any questions and ensure that your claim is processed promptly and efficiently.

If you encounter any problems or have any questions regarding your claims, please be sure to contact our office right away for assistance. While we may not be directly involved in the claim, we do want to make sure that it is handled as efficiently as possible.
