| Dear Bob and staff, Far too often we forget to say “thanks” to the people we sometimes take for granted. With the excellent service and high standards for customer satisfaction you folks set, it is easy to just accept the incredible service you provide as the norm – when in fact it is anything but. We trust you with our insurance needs and sleep well at night knowing you are on our side and constantly looking out for us.
