Meet Our Staff

Our staff is full time with almost 100 years of experience in the insurance industry, collectively. We work exclusively in the personal lines area. We are well-equipped to answer your questions concerning coverage, claims processing issues and various billing options. We can explain our automobile/homeowner package discount plans and our group automobile discount plans. For your convenience, we can complete the automobile pre-insurance inspection if required. We can help you determine the replacement cost value of your home to assure that it is insured to value.

	Robert A. Peloquin President CPCU, CIC, AAI, LIA, LUTC Licensed Insurance Broker Notary Public	Bob has nearly 38 years of experience in the insurance field. During his career he has obtained several industry designations which show his own commitment to the education process. That same commitment is reflected with his staff. Everyone routinely attends continuing education classes. Bob recognizes the insurance industry is constantly evolving and continuing education will only help to better serve his clients. He has successfully completed the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter program, the Certified Insurance Counselor program, the Accredited Adviser in Insurance program, the Life Underwriters Training Council and is also a Licensed Insurance Adviser. He has also completed several courses toward his CLU designation. Bob Peloquin entered the insurance business in March 1970, following a 4 year enlistment in the U.S. Navy. After 11 successful years with his former company; Bob made the decision to become an independent insurance broker. In 1981, he started his business at the present location.
	Pamela E. Peloquin Office Manager / Accounting Licensed Insurance Broker	Pam has worked with Bob since 1981. Her duties encompass all financial areas of the agency including payroll, premium billing and working with the tax adviser. Pam also oversees the agency’s "pre-insurance” inspection program which makes it extremely convenient for our clients to have the required photo inspection done at our office to any eligible vehicle as required within the time frame allowed by law. She also is available to assist our clients as needed.
	Lorraine L. Bertone Customer Service Representative Licensed Insurance Broker	Lorraine’s responsibilities include all aspects of service for those personal lines insurance needs of our clients whose last name begins from A to K. This involves quoting premiums for new business and change endorsements for automobile & homeowners, processing renewal policies, completing applications and answering questions regarding direct bill premium inquiries. Lorraine has a background in insurance claims and is available to help clients with their claim or accident report. Lorraine has been employed at the agency since 1987.
	Stephanie E. Boylan Customer Service Representative Licensed Insurance Broker	Stephanie’s responsibilities include all aspects of service for those personal lines insurance needs of our clients whose last name begins from L to Z. This involves quoting premiums for new business and change endorsements for automobile & homeowners, processing renewal policies, completing applications and answering questions regarding direct bill premium inquiries. Stephanie is also available to help our clients with their claim or accident report as needed. Stephanie started with the agency on a part time basis while in high school, changing to full time in 1990.
